Making Ice Wine

 

 

 

 

 

All winemaking relies heavily on a number of complex variables but the harvesting and making
of Ice Wines take that process to a whole other level. It just so happens to be Ice Wine season
and while Ice Wine itself is sweet and fruity, the behind the scenes harvesting is dark and cold.
The ice wine from Canada is anticipated to be exceptional this year, here's a
